In order to accelerate the company’s talent training and broaden the talent growth channel, on December 14, 2017, Zhengheng Power’s technical title evaluation and defense meeting was held as scheduled. The employees participating in this assessment will demonstrate their professional skills, and the assessment will ask corresponding questions in conjunction with their job competency requirements.
The professional titles participating in the evaluation of technical titles include: Intermediate Technician, Assistant Engineer, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Chief Engineer; The judges are held by the company’s senior management and leaders of various departments.
