On December 29-30, 2024, the 2025 annual policy landing meeting of Chengdu Zhengheng Power Co. The middle and senior managers of the company gathered together to witness this important moment, which focused on the enhancement of leadership and the clarification of the future development direction.

At the meeting, Mr. Liu Fan, general manager of the company, delivered an opening speech, in which he reviewed the development history and achievements of the company. He emphasized that in the current competitive and rapidly changing market environment, it is crucial to establish a clear strategic direction for the company in order to unite the team and capture the development opportunities.
In-depth Learning on Leadership Enhancement
During the two-day program, participants learned the core concepts of “Alibaba’s No.1 Coaching Leadership Triple Axe”. Through the development of leadership skills in the head (decision-making and vision), waist (execution and coordination) and legs (infrastructure and support), the three key dimensions of leadership were strengthened. The training also covered theoretical knowledge such as goal tracking, mindset shift, self-insight and teamwork.
In addition to theoretical learning, special attention was paid to practical exercises. With the application of coaching techniques, participants learned how to implement effective one-on-one coaching and how to become their own mentors, so as to translate the theories learned into the enhancement of actual leadership ability.
Review and Release Clear Direction
During the meeting, Mr. Yang Linhai, the executive vice president, conducted a comprehensive review of the company policy for 2024, summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the past year, and officially released the company policy for 2025. This not only clarified the company’s direction, but also inspired all staff to strive for reaching the new goals.

The climax of the meeting was the signing of the military order by each department head, which symbolizes a firm commitment, and the reaching of a win-win agreement.
