Grm200 industrial intelligent controller is an embedded remote alarm and monitoring terminal. It is widely used in computer room alarm, base station monitoring, industrial automation control and other fields.
Rm202g has 8-way universal input and supports common PLC communication protocols such as modbus, Siemens PPI, Siemens MPI, Omron, Mitsubishi and delta.
The main purpose of grm202g currently used by Zhengheng cylinder processing plant is to monitor the transformer, busbar current and air compressor in the company’s three production workshops, so as to diagnose the abnormal pressure, temperature and other fault signals of the equipment. Grm202g has the function of SMS alarm. When the equipment is overloaded or abnormal, it can automatically send SMS alarm.
The factory uses GPRS network and industrial control of dispatching and monitoring center to establish a good communication environment, and transmits the real-time data of kinetic energy equipment to the dispatching and monitoring center, which provides an important basis for equipment control operation and variable adjustment, so that the kinetic energy system can operate safely, effectively and energy saving.
