On February 24, the 2017 Supplier Conference of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. was held in Shanghai. Zhengheng CEO Liu Fan led a team to participate in the conference. With the theme of “The future is here, wisdom moves forward”, this year’s supplier conference invited nearly 200 suppliers from all over the country to attend.
The conference first summarized the achievements made by Shanghai Diesel in 2016, fully affirmed the results of the long-term cooperation between Shanghai Diesel and its suppliers, and jointly looked forward to the prospects for further strengthening of strategic cooperation between the supply and demand parties in 2017 and the ideas and goals of seeking progress in stability. Finally, the conference commended 10 outstanding suppliers in 2016. The foundry of Zhengheng shares was honored to receive the 2016 Excellent Supporting Award from Shangchai. Zhengheng CEO Liu Fan came to the stage to receive the award and accepted the commendation from Shangchai.
The foundry plant of Chengdu Zhengheng Power Co., Ltd. has been developing and supporting VM engine cylinder blocks for Shanghai Diesel Power since 2008, with an average annual supply of 20,000 units. As of the end of 2016, it has supplied nearly 100,000 units. This engine block is equipped with SAIC Maxus V80 light passenger car, which has won unanimous praise from the market for its fuel-saving, solid and practical use.
Shangchai Co., Ltd. awarded the 2016 Outstanding Supporting Award to Zhengheng Co., Ltd., which is a kind of trust, a recognition of the product quality of the engine cylinder block supplied by Zhengheng Co., Ltd., and an encouragement to Zhengheng Co., Ltd. at the same time! Just as the theme of this conference is “The future is here, wisdom moves forward”, the Excellent Supporting Award is a summary of the past, and we also want to focus on the future.
