The project kick-off meeting of “Smart Benchmark Factory” of Tonglin Factory was

successfully concluded!

On February 8, 2023, the kick-off meeting of Tonglin Plant’s “smart benchmarking factory” project was successfully held. Focus on core competitiveness, build a smart factory with both strength and beauty, digital intelligent manufacturing and high-quality functional areas, and highlight the benchmarking leadership!

Project introduction

At the kick-off meeting of this project, the person in charge of benchmarking lean first made a detailed interpretation of the overall implementation plan of the project:

The plan explains the overall design idea of the project, intelligent manufacturing area planning, detailed planning and effect expectation, and defines the planning covering the park, workshop, production line, work station, and auxiliary function area, which is detailed to every square meter, as well as the key points and implementation steps of warehousing and logistics, so as to promote the lean benchmarking factory smoothly.

 
Secondly, the overall path, work plan and time arrangement, training guarantee, and communication mechanism of the whole project were also specifically shared. Improve the responsibilities and classification of members in the project follow-up process, conduct training and assessment for all staff, establish communication mechanisms such as daily arrangement, weekly meeting, project weekly summary, and ensure the smooth launch of the project.

At the kick-off meeting, Mr. Lei, the president of Tonglin Factory, said that the project should be launched with a unified goal and direction, to build Tonglin New Factory into an intelligent, lean, visual and standardized smart factory, and finally achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase, and promote the overall transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.

The “Smart Benchmark Factory” project kick-off meeting of Tonglin Factory has been successfully concluded, marking that the project construction has officially entered the implementation stage. I believe that with the joint efforts of all members of the project, the enterprise will be built into a benchmark factory in the southwest casting base, further improving the factory management level, and providing better casting products for customers in various industries.
