It reaches the national V and can be upgraded to the national VI emission requirements. The F1 cylinder block assembly is provided by Chengdu Zhengheng Power Co., Ltd. Zhengheng Co., Ltd. has built a new high-tech production line for the F1 series cylinder block. The adoption of many new technologies in this production line has created numerous firsts. 1. The first application of eddy current nondestructive testing technology. 100% inspection on the surface of the cylinder bore can find defects below 2mm on the surface of the cylinder bore, effectively guaranteeing product quality; 2. The first application of the robot cleaning machine not only improves the flexibility of the equipment, but also greatly improves the guarantee of product cleanliness; 3. The first realization of many automatic functions, such as automatic marking of auxiliary processes, automatic detection and data recording functions, to prevent missing product inspections and improve product traceability; 4. Application of online comprehensive measuring instrument for crankshaft hole and cylinder hole. This equipment can detect the aperture, roundness and cylindricity of the five crankshaft holes at one time, and the roundness and cylindricity of the cylinder bores. After the inspection is completed, it will automatically group and engrave marks.
