F1 series engine, originated from Iveco, is the world's most advanced light diesel engine platform product, integrating a number of European patents. F1 cylinder block assembly is provided by Chengdu Zhengheng Power Co., Ltd., which has built a new high-tech production line for F1 series cylinder blocks. The adoption of many new technologies in the production line has created many firsts.
1. The first application of eddy current nondestructive testing technology. Through 100% inspection on the cylinder hole surface, defects below 2mm on the cylinder hole surface can be found, which can effectively ensure the product quality;
2. The first application of robot cleaning machine not only improves the flexibility of the equipment, but also greatly improves the guarantee ability of product cleanliness;
3. Many automation functions are realized for the first time, such as automatic marking, automatic detection and data recording of auxiliary processes, so as to prevent missed inspection of products and improve product traceability;
4. Application of on-line comprehensive measuring instrument for crankshaft hole and cylinder hole. The equipment can detect the hole diameter, roundness and cylindricity of five crankshaft holes, cylinder hole roundness and cylindricity at one time, and automatically group and mark after detection.
