In August, we attended the “Replicable Training and Leadership – Alibaba’s Three Axes of Business Management” course hosted by Hangzhou Tiansheng Bufan Education Technology Co., Ltd. The purpose of this three-day and two-night learning journey was to enhance our core competitiveness through Alibaba’s “Three Axes,” promoting the company’s sustainable development and innovation. The course not only benefited us greatly but also illuminated the path for our future management.

After the training, Factory Director Zeng Xin shared, “What touched me most during this training was the ‘pursue’ in ‘set, pursue, and achieve’ – that is, the importance of deeply tracking the progress of work. In the past, although we valued goal setting, we relied on subordinates’ reports when tracking the execution details, which was prone to information distortion. After returning, we will strengthen process management to ensure tracking is in place, obtain genuine feedback, correct in a timely manner, and focus on results while also paying attention to process monitoring to achieve precise team goals.”
