“Continuous innovation and improvement” has been the persistence of Zhengheng shares for many years. In order to further enhance the company’s technological innovation capabilities and improve its competitiveness in the international and domestic markets, the machine processing plant and the foundry plant respectively established intellectual property management teams in early 2017 to start the implementation of “” “Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Regulations” (GB/T 29490-2013)” implementation of standards.
After nearly a year of trial operation during this period, relevant systems such as the Intellectual Property Management Measures have been established, procedural documents and management manuals have been compiled, and the daily management of intellectual property rights, patent declaration, and achievement transformation have been managed.
After a year of trial operation, up to now, the machining factory has authorized 57 utility model patents and 1 invention patent; the foundry factory has authorized 43 utility model patents and 3 invention patents.
During the implementation of the standard, the internal audit and management review of intellectual property management were successively carried out. The external audit plan was initiated at the end of 2017 and was certified by Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. and Zhonggui (Beijing) in February and March 2018, respectively. The company went to the factory site to conduct an external audit. The machining factory and the foundry factory passed the audit at one time and successfully obtained the certificate.
