FEV, a world-renowned leader in the field of internal combustion engine research and development, was established in 1978. It is mainly engaged in engine technology research and development, and production of engine-related testing equipment. Its business covers the world. FEV has established multiple R&D centers in China, with two main companies located in Dalian (founded in 2004) and Beijing (founded in 2016). In addition, FEV China has subsidiaries and engineering centers in Chongqing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Wuhan.
In 2017, FEV and Mianyang Xinchen Power jointly developed the BMW CE platform engine, and its core component cylinder block was undertaken by our company.
