Recognition in the third quarter of 2024
On October 14th, 2024, the third quarter commendation meeting of Cheng Heng Power was held successfully. The conference reviewed the remarkable achievements of the company in the past three months, and at the same time honored a number of individuals and teams with outstanding performance in their work.

Outstanding Employee Recognition
During the recognition session, the company presented Outstanding Employee Awards to 22 outstanding individuals from various key departments such as Quality Department and Manufacturing Department. Their efforts have not only brought growth to the company, but also set a good example.

Outstanding Subject Proposal Recognition
Proposing excellent topics and proposals were honored, which fully demonstrated the spirit of continuous innovation of Zhengheng people.

Outstanding Team Recognition
EDS2 line team won the 5S Excellent Team Award for its excellent 5S management work. Through its excellent 5S management, the team has not only significantly improved the working environment, but also enhanced its work efficiency.

Outstanding Team Building Award
A special mention of the “Outstanding Team Building Award” goes to the 22-year-old Line 495 team, which has maintained efficient production and excellent teamwork under extremely difficult working conditions. In 2024, they successfully completed the mission of Line 495 at the Zhengheng plant and successfully carried out the relocation of the line to the Sanshin plant.
At the end of the conference, Minister Lei Zhichuan of the Manufacturing Department made a comprehensive summary of the work of the Manufacturing Department in the third quarter and clarified the direction of the next step. He emphasized that in order to cope with the more intense market competition in the future, the Manufacturing Department is further upgrading the automation level, strengthening the lean production management, and continuously optimizing the manufacturing process.
This commendation meeting not only summarized the work results of the third quarter, but also further stimulated the work enthusiasm of all employees.
